Applause Applause
The Grand Traverse County initiative, Improving Food Safety Knowledge for All- a quality improvement project designed for improving food safety knowledge in Chinese restaurants, was selected by a national panel of public health experts to be among the first showcased on the Public Health Quality Improvement Exchange (PHQIX.org). The project was led by Daniel Thorell, Environmental Health Sanitarian at Grand Traverse County Health Department with assistance from team member Tom Buss (Environmental Health Manager). Congratulations to Tom and Dan!
