    The Hospital Finance Authority is tasked with constructing, acquiring, reconstructing, remodeling, improving, adding to, enlarging, repairing, owning and leasing hospital facilities within the boundaries of the County of Grand Traverse for the use of any hospital; lending money to hospitals for those purposes; refunding or refunding in advance obligations of the Authority; or refinancing the indebtedness of hospitals.
