Thank You!

On behalf of the clients we serve today, and the clients we will serve tomorrow, the Grand Traverse County Commission on Aging Board of Directors and staff would like to thank the Voters for the overwhelming support of our millage renewal.  The community has shouted loud and clear that the services that your Commission on Aging provides to our senior population truly matters.

Seven neighboring County's COAs enjoyed strong voter support, in the 70th percentile range, but Grand Traverse County stands alone at 83.3%.  For that, we applaud each of you who voted.  Thank you for giving the Commission on Aging another six years to provide services to your family, friends and neighbors.

Laura M. Green
Deputy Director
Grand Traverse County Commission on Aging
