Active For Life

Low impact chair exercise class led by Evelyn Lambert. This class will help you increase your overall strength and flexibility.

Blood Pressure

Corebar Vital™

  • Tuesday
  • 10 - 10:45 a.m. 
  • $5 per person
  • Instructor: Michele Ryan
The signature of Corebar Vital™ is that it contains no jumping or running and has a relaxation part at the end.  It’s fun, energetic and easy to follow, the intensity is easily adjusted by the participants themselves. It is a “full-package” training: cardio, core, balance and relaxation. Due to the low-impact exercises it is gentle for knees and other joints.  It is a perfect class for beginners, either to Corebar training or training in general, but is also a format people can stick with regardless of fitness level.

Led by Karen Belanger, certified personal trainer. Karen uses music, mats, stretch bands, balls and all kinds of tricks to keep this class fresh, interesting and challenging to build your strength inside and out.
