How can I get information regarding my account?
BY PHONEBy dialing our phone number, (231)922-4660, you automatically access the Interactive Voice Response Unit, or the IVR. The IVR will ask you to press one for English or two for Spanish, and then you will hear selections from the main menu. It is important that you listen to each option completely:
- Press option #1 to access case specific information. The IVR will prompt you for your social security number, and request that you enter your 4 digit Personal Identification Number, or PIN (if this is your first time accessing the IVR, it will ask you to choose your PIN by entering any 4 numbers. The IVR will then request that you re-enter the 4 numbers you have chosen to verify). You will then have to choose which Court order you are inquiring about. Again, it is important to listen to each option completely. If you do not know what your PIN is, or the IVR does not recognize your PIN, you will need to call the Michigan State Disbursement Unit (MiSDU) by choosing option #4 from the main menue.
- Press option #2 to access general information.
- Press option #3 to access information about name and address changes.
- Press option #4 to contact the MiSDU for questions about coupons, redirection notices, direct deposit or to reset your PIN. You would also contact them regarding lost or stolen payments.
- Press option #5 our local office options. To speak with your Case Manager, press 1. To speak with an Interstate Worker press 2. To verify your need to attend a hearing (makes contact with the receptionists at the front desk), press 3.
