Delayed Reg of Foreign Birth

Residents of Grand Traverse County seeking to establish a State of Michigan Birth Certificate following the adoption of their child in a foreign country can do so by filing for a Delayed Registration of Foreign Birth with the Probate Court.  Use form PCA350, "Motion and Order for Delayed Registration of Foreign Birth", Applicaton to Establish Delayed Registration of Foreign Birth and the Instructions for Delayed Registration of Foreign Birth.
