Delayed Reg of Foreign Birth

Residents of Grand Traverse County seeking to establish a State of Michigan Birth Certificate following the adoption of their child in a foreign country can do so by filing for a Delayed Registration of Foreign Birth with the Probate Court.  Use form PCA350, "Motion and Order for Delayed Registration of Foreign Birth" and our Instructions for Delayed Registration of Foreign Birth.
