Court employees cannot provide legal advice as it would be considered the unauthorized practice of law.  We are a system of integrity and must remain neutral and impartial.  Court staff can assist you with legal definitions but not interpretations and cannot provide research of statutes or court rules.  The staff can assist with Court procedures and general information about Court operations.  Court staff can provide forms and instructions on how to complete forms, but cannot fill out the forms for you.
