ALAN SCHNEIDER

"The responsibility of a public prosecutor differs from  that of the usual advocate; his duty is to seek justice not merely to convict."  424 Mich 1 (1985); People v Buckey.





Mr. Schneider was elected prosecuting attorney in 2004.  He has been a public prosecutor since 1981.
