JAMES PAPPAS - Chief Assistant Prosecuting Attorney
Juris Doctorate from Franklin Pierce Law Center, Concord, NH - 1987

Mr. Pappas has been an assistant prosecuting attorney since 1989.  He is responsible
for taking on the role and duties of the prosecuting attorney in his absence.  Mr. Pappas
primarily handles felony matters and all drug related cases



ROBERT COONEY - Deputy Civil Counsel
Juris Doctorate from Detroit College of Law - 1992

Mr. Cooney has been an assistant prosecuting attorney since 1993.  He handles all civil
matters for Grand Traverse County.  Additionally, he prosecutes felony and driving related
offenses.



NOELLE MOEGGENBERG - Assistant Prosecuting Attorney
Juris Doctorate from Wayne State University Law School - 1996

Ms. Moeggenberg has been an assistant prosecuting attorney for 1997.  Her primary
reponsibilities are handling criminal sexual conduct cases as well as domestic violence matters.



JENNIFER TANG-ANDERSON - Assistant Prosecuting Attorney
Juris Doctorate from Detroit College of Law at Michigan State University - 1998

Ms. Tang-Anderson has been an assistant prosecuting attorney since 1998.  She handles all
crimes involving juveniles and truancy.  She also prosecutes all misdemeanor and check related
offenses.



AMANDA STEELE - Assistant Prosecuting Attorney
Juris Doctorate from Wayne State University Law School - 1998

Ms. Steele has been an assistant prosecuting attorney since 1998.  She handles all abuse
and neglect, and probate matters.  In addition, she is responsible for the establishment
of paternity and child support orders.
