PrintEmergency Home Repair Loan Program
Funding for this program is provided by the Michigan State Housing Development Authority. County homeowners may apply for single item or single system home repairs, i.e. well, septic system, electrical box or system, etc. that is an emergency need. Homeowners must sign a mortgage lien for all projects; terms are very reasonable and are based upon income.
