Land Band Authority Board Members:
The LBA is a five (5) member board appointed by the County Board of Commissioners for a three (3) year term per statute. Members consist of the following: County Treasurer, County Administrator or Designee, County Planner, County Commissioner, and a County BRA member.
Meeting Schedule:
The Grand Traverse County Land Bank Fast Track Authority (LBA) board meets the third Thursday of the month, unless otherwise posted. The LBA meetings begin @ 8:00 a.m. and are held in the Committee Room on the second floor of the Governmental Center located at 400 Boardman Avenue, Traverse City Michigan.
